Promotional Branding On A Budget

By Alexandra Dupuis-Buske on Nov 7, 2016 10:00:00 AM

When it comes to promotional branding, not everyone can afford the latest and greatest products. Thankfully there are a few options for those on a budget.

A budgetary path is often a risky path, especially when it comes to determining the quality of the product that will be shared with your target audience. But don't fret! We've got some tips to make sure you aren't missing out.

Don't cheap out!

This has to be the most important tip we have. If your products are such low quality that they break down in your audience’s hands? Well you can expect that to be the impression they will have of your brand. DO NOT let that happen.

Broken USB flash drive

How many times have you gotten a free USB drive from a company, only to have it break down within a matter of days? Maybe it's just me.. But I've lost track of those numbers.

There's a fine line between being economically conscious, and being cheap. Don't be that guy.

You can be slightly behind the curve.

Everyday, there are more and more promotional branding products coming out. Some of which I've pointed to in the How to Choose High-Impact Promotional Branding Products blog post.

Here's the deal. Even though all these high-tech products are coming out, you don't necessarily want to be sending them to your target audience. Do they even make sense with who you want to attract?

Why not take a moment and figure out what your customer wants from you, and see if you can find that within a wonderful product they can bring home with them.

Packaging can be powerful.

So maybe the actual product isn't the very best at communicating your messaging, but why should that stop you from interacting with your audience in a powerful way?

The best opportunity for promotional branding products on a budget, is to focus most of your messaging on the product's packaging. Whether you get it professionally designed, or design it yourself, make sure it communicates the value hidden inside, and why you wanted to give it to them.

Be creative, and inspire your audience and customers.

We think these are the three most important points to keep in mind, and we'd like to know your opinion. Did we miss any key tips for promotional product solutions on a budget?
